Nick n’ Britt Say I do at the Dunes

Nick and Britt’s wedding felt like something out of a windswept love story; simple, personal, and completely true to who they are.

The two of them share a love for riding dirt bikes out on the sand dunes along the Oregon coast, so it only made sense that they chose to say their vows in the middle of that landscape. Their ceremony took place on top of a dune near Winchester Bay, with endless sand rolling toward the horizon and the ocean air moving through everything. It was one of those places where the environment itself becomes part of the moment.

Nick’s love of pop-punk played a subtle but meaningful role in the film. For the wedding video, we used a slowed-down cover of First Date by Blink-182—reimagined in a soft, cinematic style that felt perfectly suited for a wedding. It gave the story a nostalgic, emotional tone while still nodding to the music that means something to them.

Nick and Britt chose a custom video-only package with two hours of coverage, focusing on capturing the most meaningful moments of the day: the ceremony on the dune, the quiet moments beforehand, and the feeling of being surrounded by a place they love.

It was a beautiful reminder that weddings don’t need to be big to be unforgettable, sometimes all it takes is two people, a meaningful place, and the story that brought them there.
